You can show proof in one of three ways:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>On paper<\/li>\n<li>In a PDF on your mobile device<\/li>\n<li>On the VaxiCode application<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Whichever method you choose, you must also show photo ID.<\/p>\n<p><strong>People who have received their vaccination outside Qu\u00e9bec.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; If you are a Qu\u00e9bec resident, you can sign up your vaccination at the Qu\u00e9bec Vaccination Registry. The procedure to follow is available on the webpage<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.quebec.ca\/en\/health\/health-issues\/a-z\/2019-coronavirus\/progress-of-the-covid-19-vaccination\/vaccinated-for-covid-19-outside-quebec-using-vaccination-registry\">https:\/\/www.quebec.ca\/en\/health\/health-issues\/a-z\/2019-coronavirus\/progress-of-the-covid-19-vaccination\/vaccinated-for-covid-19-outside-quebec-using-vaccination-registry<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; If you are travelling to Qu\u00e9bec, you won\u2019t be eligible to receive a Qu\u00e9bec vaccination passport, but you will be allowed to access non-essential activities requiring the vaccination passport by showing photo ID and proof, issued by your country or Canadian province, that you have had two doses of one of the following recognized vaccines:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Moderna<\/li>\n<li>Pfizer-BioNTech<\/li>\n<li>AstraZeneca\/COVISHIELD<\/li>\n<li>Janssen (Johnson &#038; Johnson) * only one dose required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The document presented in evidence must contain the name of the person, the vaccines received and the dates of inoculation (one date in case of Janssen). It could be a QR code that meets international criteria (SMART), which can be read by the Qu\u00e9bec application, or another proof of vaccination issued by a competent authority (written proof).
