On April 17, 2024, at the Italian Cultural Institute, the Sixth Edition of the International Research Day was celebrated with an extraordinary event dedicated to the theme of Artificial Intelligence.
During the Conference, Professor Mirco Ravanelli from Concordia University addressed the participants, guiding them through the everyday use of artificial intelligence; Professor Francesca Rubulotta from McGill University illustrated the impactful role of artificial intelligence in the field of medicine; Engineer Alberto Acquilino from McGill University took the audience on a journey through the influence of artificial intelligence in the world of music, exploring its innovations and potential in the creative field.
Following such a stimulating experience, attendees enjoyed a refreshment with catering and Italian wines, celebrating not only the progress of research but also Italian culture. This occasion proved valuable for establishing contact between the Consulate and the Italian student community and for illustrating consular services that can facilitate their stay in Quebec.
