Starting Jan 16, the Consulate General of Italy in Montreal introduced a dedicated phone line for senior citizens over the age of 70 who reside within the Consulate’s jurisdiction. The number will be be active on Mondays and Wednesday from 09:30 to 10:30
By calling the number 514-842-7752, citizens over the age of 70, less used to IT devices, will be able to book an appointment over the phone for the following consular services:
- Passports;
- Notary services, regarding powers of attorney, authentications of signatures and of copies of documents
- Changes of address
