The Consulate General informs that the Ministry of University and Research (MUR) has published the guidelines concerning the procedures for entry, residence, enrollment of international students, and the recognition of qualifications for higher education courses in Italy for the Academic Year 2025–2026. The circular and related annexes are hereby transmitted.
Starting from this April, international students requiring a visa may begin the pre-enrollment process with higher education institutions through the Universitaly portal.
It is also announced that the Uni-Italia Association, where present through its centers abroad, may assist foreign applicants by providing guidance and support, including help with the procedure to be completed via the Universitaly portal.
