Laval, a young, lively and constantly expanding city, is the place where many members of the Italian and Italian-Canadian community have decided to settle. Given also the strong presence of Italian companies in the area, the Consul General of Italy in Montreal Marco Riccardo Rusconi visited the mayor Marc Demers to talk about the future of business in the area and about the 2018 Italian Republic Day which will take place on this island. Also the town councillors David De Cotis, Paolo Galati and Isabella Tassoni took part in the meeting.
